- Share login credentials or access links with others
3. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, frameworks, concepts, exercises, and materials contained in this Product are proprietary to Jen W Johnson Inc or are used under license from their respective owners. Some tools and frameworks included in this Product are derived from professional coach training methodology. All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. Your purchase grants you a personal use license only — it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
You acknowledge that unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the materials in this Product constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute copyright infringement subject to civil and criminal penalties.
4. No Refunds — All Sales Final
Due to the immediate digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the Product has been delivered.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
